** All sales are final and non-refundable.
** In the case of manufacturing defects you must notify 3DVision within 90 Days of purchase. In that case, the item will be replaced with the same product, or if that product is no longer available a merchandise credit will be issued. Items must have original packaging.
** For any additional exceptions please contact 3DVision directly at 1-800-745-3136.

Training:

Prior to class start date:
** Training credit issued with (5) or more business days (Monday–Friday) notice.
** No credit issued with (4) or less business days (Monday-Friday) notice. A fee of $150.00 will be assessed to re-instate your class registration at a future date.
** Paid enrollment is fully transferable to another employee of your company.
** 3DVision reserves the right to cancel, change or reschedule classes at any time. In the event of a cancellation, any payment applied will be refunded or applied towards a rescheduled class of your choice. If you choose to reschedule, you will be offered priority enrollment for any other class.
